As a founder - your job is marketing and sales first.
This means that you should be thinking as much about communicating who you are and what you are working on as much as what you are building.
Share publicly what you are working on and your updates, engage people in DMs, ask people to retweet or write about your project.
Organize your own podcast and invite people to join it. Don’t go for the most famous person first - ramp it up by inviting people you know and you will have a good and interesting conversation and over time keep inviting more known people.
Ask to join events to present your project, reach out to people who organize Spaces to talk about your project, join @pitchtalk_com and other platforms to present it to wider audience, etc.
Hone in your story every time you are talking - adjust for the audience and learn from questions people ask.
